Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at corporategiftsolution. We appreciate that you have chosen our products. However, we understand that there may be instances where a product does not meet your expectations. In such cases, we invite you to review the following terms regarding product returns. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the corporategiftsolution. It is important to note that by placing an order or making a purchase at corporategiftsolution, you agree to the terms outlined below.
PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF :
- Product is damaged during transit.
- 360-degree clear video recording is compulsory before unpacking the product.
- Product is defective during the manufacturing process.
- Product is not as described on the website.
Returns of items shipped from corporategiftsolution can be initiated within 7 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, ensure that the product is in its original condition with tags and packaging.
PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED/CANCELLED IF:
- The 7-day return window has elapsed.
- The product is damaged (not in its original condition), or tags and packaging are missing.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
Please note that corporategiftsolution initiates the refund upon successful return pick-up or after the returned item has reached us. Therefore, the refund time may vary based on the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
It will take a maximum of 5 – 14 business days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
